1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website, requesting course information, or enrolling in educational programs offered by D&R Academy ("D&R Academy", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Independent Educational Provider Disclaimer
D&R Academy is an independent professional training institution. Remote Desktop Manager is a registered trademark of Devolutions Inc. D&R Academy is not affiliated with, sponsored by, authorized by, or endorsed by Devolutions Inc. All course materials, lab manuals, and guides are original educational content designed solely for instructional purposes.
3. Course Enrollment & Tuition
Course schedules, seat availability, and fees are communicated upon application. D&R Academy reserves the right to modify cohort schedules or reschedule live cohorts upon reasonable notice to registered participants.
4. Dedicated Virtual Lab Use
Enrolled participants receive limited, temporary, non-exclusive access to dedicated cloud virtual lab environments solely for completing hands-on exercises assigned in the curriculum. Any misuse of lab resources—including unauthorized network scanning, security testing against third-party networks, or crypto-mining—will result in immediate termination of lab access without refund.
5. Intellectual Property
All syllabi, instructional slides, lab workbooks, and custom scripts produced by D&R Academy remain the exclusive intellectual property of D&R Academy. Course attendees may not distribute, duplicate, or publicly display these materials without prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
Training provided by D&R Academy is strictly instructional in nature. D&R Academy is not liable for system outages, data loss, security breaches, or configuration errors that occur in a participant's production IT infrastructure outside of the classroom.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
